VACANCY: 27/2022      Manager Prepay and Distribution

Responsible for setting up a chain of dealers and distributions to serve as channel partners to Telecom and to manage and sell Telecoms’ products and services through the dealers and distributors.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop a business proposition to attract dealers and distributors to sell TFL’s products and services
• Coordinate with the region and retail branch managers in identifying and appointing dealers and distributors
• Plan and conduct activities with dealers to promote sales through roadshows, events and exhibitions
• Ensure that there is consistent sales through each dealer and distributor
• Ensure timely after sales support is provided to all dealers and distributors
• To ensure that dealer and distributor commissions are properly and accurately reconciled
• Provide reports to management in the designated format / template

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Business, marketing-related studies, or related field from a recognized tertiary institution
• Displays strong, clear communication and written skills
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to negotiate effectively with distributors and dealers
• Can present himself / herself well and can professionally represent the company
• Aggressive sales management with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
• Possess a valid driving license
