JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Our family owned and operated businesses, Bhikhabhai And Company Pte Limited & sister company Swits-n-Snax (Fiji) Pte Limited is the largest manufacturer of sweets & snacks in Fiji today aspiring to deliver on our promise of quality Indian sweets (Mithai) & snacks (Bhuja) to the families of Fiji & abroad since late 1920’s. Our business has spread throughout Fiji and we expect further growth in near future. We are also operating a Supermarket as part of our non-core business. We are seeking to recruit responsible, committed, self-motivated and energetic individuals for the following positions below:
Minimum requirements:
- holds a Certificate/Diploma level/training in Sales/Marketing;
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar Sales field;
- Good leadership skills i.e., manage a team of 2 members;
- Group 2 clean manual driver’s license;
- Computer literate — e-mail, word, excel;
- Have excellent customer service skills;
- Good communication skills both written and verbal;
- Physically fit;
- Has a “can-do” attitude and can resolve problems;
- Able to work flexible hours
when needed and a very good team player.
