We are looking for a natural-born leader! Are you an enthusiastic and driven Food and Beverage Manager?
As Resort food & beverage manager, you’ll be working alongside the Executive Chef and Sales team to drive the performance of the outlets to the next level.
You will also oversee the daily operations of our banquets department

Join NowYou must be hands-on and love spending time in the operation as you are customer obsessed. Coupled with your strong hospitality experience, will see you excel in this diverse role. In addition, you will have –
Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
Sound financial capabilities within all areas of food and beverage profitability.
Exceptional time management and delegation skills
You are experienced with using Micros POS
The ability to multi-task and be flexible
Experience with training and developing staff
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar of management position
