Job Description

Conduct classes and revise lesson materials

Researching and developing new teaching materials

Planning and preparing lessons and class schedules

Assist with the Lead Instructors

Collaborate with Lead Instructors to identify issues and recommend solutions

Document learner progress

Skills and Experience

An ability to build good working relationships with different age groups

Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)

Good organisational skills

Confidence to deal professionally with stakeholders

Flexibility and creativity

Patience and a sense of humour

Must have a compassionate and positive attitude

Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities

Ability to manage groups of learners

Computer literate

Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education and/or IT

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem solver and critical thinker

An excellent team player
