JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Experienced with menu planning, hands-on, and able to use locally sourced fresh produce.
The ideal candidate must have 5 years in similar role. You are a team player who is able to support the Head Chef to create modern and contemporary seasonal menus that are customer focused. A positive outgoing attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with attention to detail. You must be able to train and mentor a small team of junior chefs.
To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends
