HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – Frezco Beverages Pte Ltd

Frezco Beverages is located in Nadi with 2 bottling sites. It’s the parent company to the very successful and well-known brands such as AQUA Pacific, Pops Sodas, Fijian H2O and Fijian Noni.

We are seeking dynamic team players to join us for the following position

Human Resources Officer

Core responsibilities for the job will include:

Develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
Processing of weekly payroll for all employees with Payroll officer.
Encourage and implement team building techniques.
Reporting and management of human resources metrics including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover.
Recruitment of new employees and selection process.
Conduct general HR administration responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Any other duties assigned by the Management in HR scope.

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in Human Resources is preferred.
At least 5 years experience in a commercial environment with demonstrable experience in planning and organization; working with computers and applications, communication, networking, relationships, adaptability to change and teamwork.
A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organization.
