SERVICE ADVISOR – Carpenters Fiji PTE Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of SERVICE ADVISOR be based at our Light Mechanical Repairs (LMR) Workshop in Back Road, Nadi. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
Estimate cost and completion time and settle customer accounts
Coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time
Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility
Handle customer complaints within level of control to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements:

Form 6 pass and/or Trade Certificate/Diploma in Automotive
1-2 years’ experience in automotive service environment preferred
Knowledge of vehicle parts and servicing
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
Valid and clean driving license will be an advantage
