CLUSTER REVENUE MANAGER – Warwick Fiji Hotel

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Interested candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ established experience in a similar position in a 5-star international hotel, preferably with the following attributes:

A Tertiary education/qualification is preferred.
Hotel revenue management experience and internet distribution. Corporate hotel account management/client service experience a plus.
Must have excellent working knowledge of CRS, GDS and IDS Distribution.
Possess excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and adherence to project management methodology
Ability to communicate effectively with Resort level personnel, CRS/GDS partner and be able to convey technical ideas and issues verbally and in writing.
Proficient in MS Office with strong administrative experience.
Experience in analyzing and monitoring demand patterns and staying informed about market intelligence.
A high achiever of targets, goals, with high level of customer focus and understanding.
A sociable personality with public relations flair.
A self-motivated, driven individual, able to work flexible hours, without supervision, must be a team player.
Articulate, confident communicator at all levels with both colleagues and clients.
This role requires local and overseas travel.
Must possess a valid, clean group 2 drivers’ license.

Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls.
Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies.
Provide critical analysis of strategies, room’s statistics and demand factors.
Conduct competitive and demand analysis.
Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
Work effectively with other departments within the resorts to ensure groups/functions/events requests are well coordinated and delivered on accordingly.
