A little taste of your day-to-day:
You’ll have the ability to provide innovative, authentic and enriching culinary experiences to our guests. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Managing the Italian Restaurant and dining room.
Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them.
Guest Service: Provide excellent food and beverage service, showcasing extensive knowledge of our Italian menu and cocktail offerings. Ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Finance: Analyze financial statements, strategically manage beverage inventory, and maximize revenue through effective upselling techniques while minimizing beverage costs. Possesses strong data analytical skills to monitor financial performance closely.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current food and beverage industry trends, consistently seeking innovative ideas and incorporating them into the restaurant’s offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
Team Management: Foster a team-oriented environment by providing regular training sessions for the staff to enhance their service, food, and beverage skills. Conduct performance evaluations to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and the local community. Build strong connections within the local community by actively engaging and promoting our restaurant’s offerings.
Computer Skills: Proficient in computer usage and standard office programs to effectively manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

What we need from you:

Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
Experience with a fine dining or polished casual Italian concept is a plus.
Must speak local language.
Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible roster.
