About Us
The South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPX) is the only Securities Exchange operating in Fiji and is licensed and regulated by the Reserve Bank of Fiji. The SPX facilitates mobilisation of funds through capital raising in the primary market and provides an effective, fair and transparent platform for the trading of securities in the secondary market. The SPX has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Central Share Registry Pte Limited (CSRL) and SPX Trustees Limited (SPXT).

Position Required
We are currently looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Team Leader Finance & Administration.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Overall Financial Administration of the SPX Group
• Payroll and Human Resource (HR)
• Asset Management
• Compilation of Management Accounts and Acquittal Reports
• Cash Flow Management and Budgeting
• Oversee Receipts and Payments function
• Office Administration
• Annual Financial Audit of the SPX Group

Minimum Requirement
The successful applicant shall:
• Have a Degree in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Be flexible and stress resistant, have effective communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to performance delivery
Preference will be given to applicants with affiliate/provisional or working towards full membership of a relevant professional Accounting body. A good working knowledge of Fiji’s Capital Market would be an added advantage for the position. This is a senior position and an attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
