Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Warranty Officer to be based at Carpenters Motors Suva. Responsibilities:

Review all warranty claims and administer it with warranty awarded.
Coordinate with Warranty Manager and prepare repair order for authorization as per warranty requirement.
Prepare documents for all warranty papers and mention repairs order number and date of replacement.
Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements.
Assist customers with all warranty service and prepare associate documents.
Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirement.
Ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
Manage all warranty claims, resubmit claims as required and ensure appropriate action.
Monitor all outstanding applications.
Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
Monitor defective products and withdraw specific batch of products if required.
Coordinate with accounts department and settle all warranty claims.
Maintain records of customer details and warrantor references.
Keep up to date with company announcements and factory recalls.

Requirements:

Having one year of work experience in the similar field.
Year 12 and above level education is mandatory for this role.
Computer literate.
Good mathematical skills and business acumen.
Great interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of vehicles and parts.
Organize and maintaining customer and service records.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
Liaise with manufacturers.
Negotiate deals on behalf of customers and the organization.
