The role of the Lecturer is to develop and deliver quality educational material to students and assess work submitted by students in adherence t the academic policies of the Fulton Adventist University College Academic Bulletin.

Selection Criteria:

I. Must be a practicing baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission and lifestyle. This would incorporate an active relationship with Jesus Christ characterized by a deep desire for worship and service to God.
II. A post-graduate degree or higher in any accounting system from a recognized University
III. Interest in and an aptitude for cross cultural ministry.
iv. Well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills.
v. Effective communication with excellent presentation and verbal reasoning ability.
vl. Ability to teach and assess classes effectively in modules such as Introduction to Accounting, Financial Accounting, Auditing, Management Accounting, Taxation Law, Financial Management, Corporate Accounting and Risk Management.
vii. Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
viii. Proven willingness to work as a member of a team or independently, as required.
ix. Interest in and enthusiasm for exploring new ideas in accounting and research.
x. Understanding and application of the Seventh-day Adventist Church Philosophy of Education.
