DESCRIPTION
Novotel Suva is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for the Hotel
F&B Team. We need an experienced, customer focused professional who is able
to lead the team towards delivering exceptional guest services
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Customer focused professional who is able to lead the team towards delivering exceptional guest services
• Responsible for the daily operations in the restaurant & bar areas
• Making sure our guests receive the best possible service whilst ensuring the team is being developed and performing their duties and tasks as per company’s guidelines
• You will report directly to the hotel’s General Manager and will receive extensive training and development support

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a F&B Manager in a similar sized hotel
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Strong attention to detail to exceed our guests expectations
• Experience in working with strict budget guidelines and effective rostering skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills with proven ability to manage, motivate, develop and lead a team
