Based at Vuda Point Lautoka and Baro Terminal Lami, this position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Financial Controller. The suitable candidate will manage the Daily Finance and Administration works.
He/she will be required to ensure that financial controls, procedures and processes are adhered to in accordance with company policy, driving the business performance through cost control, business reviews and continuous performance improvement.

 

Job Description

• Lead and Manage Financial and Administration activities to achieve financial goals.
• Develop business plan, timeline and budget to perform financial projects.
• Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense etc.
• Perform regular analysis of financial reporting system and present them in timely manner.
• Administer all business processes and ensure integrity of all information.
• Present monthly financial reports in board meetings
• Overseeing the management of cash flow, credit control and Debt Management.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification From CA/CIMA preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fields of Finance /Accounting
• Proven experience in finance management.
• Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Auditing experience.
• Compliance oriented.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Dynamic NAV.
• Full or Final Level member of CPA Australia will be an added advantage.
• At least Ten years’ work experience with similar capacity
• Financial risk management & disaster recovery experience
