About the Role:
You will be working for/with the Group Financial Controller undertaking the following responsibilities:
Accounts:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
General Ledger Reconciliations
Weekly and Monthly Financial and Sales Reports
Maintaining financial files and records
Statutory Submissions
Other financial related duties as required for the business
Administration:
Processing Sales Orders
Daily Data Entry & Paperwork
Front of House Reception
Updating Internal Documents
Stock Management
Stock Reconciliation
Consignment Stock Management
Desirable Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years’ continuous experience in the role
Knowledge and experience in accounting software such Fishbowl, XERO, MYOB (EXO) or others
Must have excellent attention to details
Proactive, independent and have the ability to think outside the box
Have a great attitude, mindset, drive and personality
Adaptability to be part of a unique and diverse working culture
Willing to share and contribute positively within a team setting
Be open to further career learning, training and development in the role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
