Are you an organized and motivated individual? Are you a whiz at scheduling and organizing meetings? Kenton Chambers Lawyers is an immigration law firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are currently seeking a Virtual Remote Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. Work REMOTELY with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external.
Taking calls and redirecting calls.
Manage calendars and coordinate appointments.
Handle administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Assist with communication and correspondence.
Supporting other staff member remotely.
Other ad hoc duties
Work solely remotely, providing flexibility.

 

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
Fluent in other languages will be highly advantage but not essential.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
