MILLING OPERATIONS MANAGER
YOU WILL :

• Plan, direct and coordinate all activities related to plant maintenance, turnaround and capital expenditure program for the plant and machineries maintainence.
• Liaise with the producton, maintenance and other teams to improvise the production process.
• Lead the efficient and effective operations in the milling section.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective output.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to meet production output.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Atleast 10 years’ of work experience preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing food processing operations is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
