PROJECT MANAGER
Namana is a wellness and adventure hub located on the Coral Coast. Our expansion plans for 2024 calls for a pro-active, enthusiastic individual to join our company who is ready to embark on this journey with us. This role requires a strong understanding of all aspects of the business, particularly wellness and adventure activities, marketing, sales, operations and finances. The PM will work closely with the founders to ensure the mission and vision are translated in the day-to-day practices.

Join NowKey Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to establish and grow our Wellness & Adventure programs
• Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing standard operating procedures to optimise
processes.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Create engaging and impactful marketing materials, including online content, social media posts, and print materials that communicates the essence of Namana’s Wellness & Adventure programs and events.
Key Requirements
• Min 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality and/or event industry.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations and execution of plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace change.
• Experience in software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Canva
• Maintain and excellent level of fitness and wellbeing to exemplify our mission and vision
