The Primary Servicing Specialist works as part of a dynamic team to deliver Pepper’s industry-leading servicing proposition for our Clients. The Specialists will be highly organised, motivated and able to work effectively and accurately to achieve our Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities 

To deliver accurate and timely processing of Mortgage administration activities and other various daily tasks
Responsible for daily interactions with customers and Third Parties via telephone and writing, offering excellent customer service throughout.
Ensuring that workloads are processed efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
To effectively liaise with Client, representing Pepper appropriately (if applicable).
Responsible for end to end servicing of the mortgage from completion to redemption stage.
To identify efficiencies and deliver ideas to improve Pepper Operations and the customer experience.
To work as part of a wider Primary Servicing team, open to undertaking additional tasks as required to ensure SLAs are delivered.
Ensuring individual set expectations are met and evidenced through performance framework i.e. 121, call observations, QA monitoring, daily control reporting.
To ensure all regulatory training is completed to deadlines.
To demonstrate the Pepper Values whilst performing the role.
