VACANCY

Head of Operations – Engineering at Browns Engineering & Construction (Fiji) Pte Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Browns Engineering & Construction (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka. Over the past years, the company has taken the construction and telecommunication industries to a very successful level by providing end-to-end solutions in the electrical, construction, and telecommunication sectors.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or preferably a Master’s degree and 7-10 years of working experience with proven track records.
-Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team, Design policies that align with overall strategy and implement efficient processes and standards Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
-Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
-Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
-Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
-Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
– Report on operational performance and suggest improvements, Ensure division monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
– Must be capable of working independently and making solid decisions related to the engineering systems
– Must possess sharp and tactfully good problem analytics & Solution design
– Providing effective and clear communication to management on status of projects
– Willing to work flexible hours and adapt quickly to challenges
– Ability to interface well with customers and demonstrate the ability to follow and apply engineering knowledge
