As a Stock Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our inventory and supply chain operations. You will manage stock levels, ensure the accuracy of inventory records, and work closely with other departments to optimize the flow of goods. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishments.
Monitor and report on inventory performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and transactions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Manage and train stock staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Stock Manager or in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stock management.
