Electrician & Technician
Turtle Island Resort, an iconic private island located in the Yasawas, is looking for a skilled, motivated, and dedicated individual to join and lead ourteam as an Electrician and Technician.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•Install, maintain, and repair high voltage power lines, residential and commercial building wiring, residential and commercial appliances,
•Wiring in machinery, marine vessels, electrical carts, manage power and load, and distribution, air conditioning and refrigeration units
•Maintain & Service electrical components of diesel generators
•Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues effectively
•Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance
•Work with a team to complete projects efficiently
•Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment
•Manage and allocate tasks within your designated team as and when required

Requirements

•Relevant electrical educational & practical training
•Minimum of 8 years of experience as an electrician or technician
•Proficiency in electrical systems and equipment
•Strong problem solving skills
•Ability to work independently or as part of a team
•Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
•Excellent communication skills
•Willingness to work in remote areas for extended periods
•Valid driver’s license preferred
