Position Overview:

Join our expanding organization and be part of our success at TKW Collective Group. We are looking for a Team Leader with strong sales experience to lead our Market Research and Outbound team. The successful candidate will report to Campaign Manager / Contact Centre Manager and play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Market Research and Outbound team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and support.
Report to Campaign Manager and Contact Centre Manager with regular updates on team progress and results.
Ensure the team meets and exceeds targets and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Experience in market research, outbound sales, and/or related fields.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.)
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
