Vuvale Outsourcing Pte LTD in Suva City is looking for Outbound Sales Specialists to join our 45-person team.

In Fiji, we operate a professional purpose-fitted work environment in Nabua Suva, with local Human Resources management and transport home for evening shifts. You will be a part of the 45-strong Vuvale Outsourcing Fiji team, but also part of an overall international team.

Our Australian clients specialize in B2B sales and appointment setting.

DETAILS:
Location: Nabua, Suva City, Fiji
Basis: Permanent Full-time
Roster: Monday – Friday, Australian Hours. Transport home is provided after each shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for our Sales Team.

· Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed.

· Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

· Provide detailed and timely feedback to the sales team regarding appointments and client interactions.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching potential clients.

· Handle client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

· Minimum 3 – 5 years in a call centre serving Australian B2B in an appointment setting background A MUST

· Experience in cold calling with a minimum of 3 years A MUST

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A MUST

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Proficient in using CRM software and relevant tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· High level of resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets.

· Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies is a plus.
