Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Our Team is seeking an enthusiastic & self-motivated person to join us as a Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities:

•     Attend to walk-in customers queries & through phone calls.
•     Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
•     Take orders and follow through with company procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
•     Provides assistance/feedback on customer complaints
•     Receives cash payments and issues receipts

Requirements:

•   Proven work experience in customer service position
•     Ability to provide consistent high level customer service
•     Team player – cooperate with employees & superiors
•     Extensive experience using MS Office software
•     Excellent communication skills
•     Great attention to detail
•     Have a good personality & warm attitude
