Viti Foods Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and we specialize in manufacturing canned tuna and mackerel products for local and export markets. We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to be based in Laucala Beach Estate, Suva.

 WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR 

 Job Responsibilities:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing stock levels, freezer storage and warehouse operations. This position reports to the Finance Manager under the leadership of General Manager

• Assist in managing daily warehousing and distribution operations.
• Oversee and ensure accurate receipting, invoicing, storage, dispatch, and maintain high level of accuracy in inventory
• Provide strong leadership in ensuring all staff comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and with all company and department policies, procedures and instructions.
• Coordinate and lead the physical stocktake monthly
• Always maintain adequate stock levels
• Liaise with customers and suppliers as and when required in a timely manner

 Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 -5 years’ work experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Knowledge on regulatory requirements for import/export shipments
• Knowledge of cost-effective warehouse operations and stock management
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff
• Must be Computer literate with good documentation skills
• Must have a valid Group 9 driving license
