We are recruiting for the following position:

CAD Draftsmen

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and designs for a variety of projects. You must be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software, with a strong understanding of building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare accurate and clear technical drawings for building services.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Modify and update drawings as necessary to reflect project changes.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Perform site visits when necessary to gather data and measurements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for project documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with building services.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with other design software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
