TRAINING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and design training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, using a variety of instructional techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to develop and implement strategic training initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and support.

Requirements:

• Diploma Level in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of how to create effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt programs as needed.
