We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Service Delivery Engineer to join Technical Team based at the Khalsa office, reporting to the Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of ICT/ ISP and satellite.
• Configure and install all ICT equipment’s (RF links, fibre and satellite equipment) and unwired modems on customer premises.
• Troubleshoot link faults, hardware (links, router, switches, camera, satellite, HPBX equipment) on both tower and client end and unwired faults such as speed, signal issue or hardware for customer.
• Ensure all KPIs are met on monthly basis and strive to streamline processes and delivery of services in smarter way.
• Liaise with equipment suppliers and maintenance contractors to ensure set timelines are adhered to.
• Ensure standard procedures are followed at all times.
• Compile and submit reports to your supervisor within the expected timeframe.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

• A diploma in telecommunications/electronics
• At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge on ICT equipment’s, HPBX, satellite installation and maintenance of microwave transmission systems.
• Proven experience in structured cabling.
• Thorough understanding of DC and AC power systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A group 2 driver’s license.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle multiple priority assignments simultaneously.
