Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Vehicle Registration Clerk to be based at Carpenters Motors – Nissan Showroom in Walubay, Suva.  If you believe that you are ready to join our dynamic team we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Collect, review & process vehicle registration documents accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations governing vehicle registration.
• Assist customers in completing registration form and provide guidance on required documentation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding registration status.
• Maintain organized and secure record of all registration transactions and related documentation.
• Communicate with external parties including LTA, insurance companies and legal entities as needed.

Requirements:

• Form 6 pass. 
• 1-2 years of experience in the similar field.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle registration laws and regulations. 
• Customer service skills. 
• Valid Group 2 Driving License.
