– **Reporting:** Ensure monthly reporting packs are issued for the Group and subsidiaries.

– **Statutory Payments Review:** Manage statutory payments, including BAS, payroll tax, and worker’s compensation.

– **Strategic Partnership:** Work with management to implement strategic initiatives.

– **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

– **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Foster alignment of financial strategies across departments.

 Requirements:

– 2-3 years of finance management experience, ideally in construction.

– CPA qualification, Big 4 experience is a plus.

– Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.

– Strong Excel skills.

– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
