PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE – 1 Carpenter Street, Raiwai Suva

Carptrac, the Caterpillar Distributor in the Fiji Market has an excellent opportunity available
for suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Product Support Sales Reprensentative (PSSR) to be part of our Carterpillar team in 1 Carpenter Street Raiwai, Suva.

Responsibilities:

• The PSSR will proactively manage an account base of 50 to 80 customers in an assigned
  territory.
• Perform basic machine inspections to generate opportunity for customer interaction and
  sales.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Prospect for new customers and new parts/service revenue sources.
• Build collaborative relationships and ensure business integrity is maintained.
• Keep customers informed of parts order and service work status.
• Counsel customers regarding equipment management solutions (EMS) to affect lowest
  owning and operating costs.
• Provide input/information into planning and budgeting process
• Support new product introduction (NPI).
• Prepare quotes, sales contracts, and related paperwork necessary to close a deal.
• Understand parts, service and machine performance literature and how to use Service
  Information Systems (SIS).

Requirements:

• Year 13 pass or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience
• Must be a computer and mathematical literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driving License will be an advantage
