- Job Overview: The Director of Aviation & Accountable Manager will lead the aviation and airline team to ensure the safe and comfortable transfer of guests, employees, and stakeholders to COMO Laucala Island. Responsibilities include driving airline compliance, customer services, and overseeing all operations from the hangar to onboarding and beyond.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and institute department policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient usage of flight operations.
- Prepare monthly reports and annual operating budgets.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in aviation or an engineering field.
- At least 5 years of aviation management experience.
- Knowledge of Fiji’s domestic airspace and Air Navigation Regulation (ANR) is preferred.
- Strong administrative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to manage and solve operational complexities.
