Sales Supervisor – Central
The above position will be based in our Sales Department located at Makoi, Nasinu, and directly reports to our Sales Manager – Central.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage key and route customers
• Lead team of merchandisers and route sales reps
• Monitor that merchandising activities are in accordance with company expectations
• Organize sampling and promotional activities
• Maintain excellent customer relationships
• New business development
• Sales-related reports
• Monitor market-related activities and report to management

Key Competency Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Administration
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
• Applicants having knowledge in SAGE 300 ERP will have an added advantage
