• Driving project management, downtime reviews and analysis, and looking to continuously improve equipment reliability.
• Providing coaching, training programs, and support to maintenance-and operations teams to ensure proper execution of maintenance plans and practices and driving the targets required to deliver safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements in maintenance management and engineering.
• Fostering effective communication and collaboration with other departments and sites, such as production, quality assurance, and other support functions.

What we are looking for:

• A tertiary engineering qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of maintenance engineering experience.
• Proven skills in a leadership role.
• Experience working in food manufacturing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Group 2 driving license.
