Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Panel Supervisor to be based at Carpenters Motors – Paint & Panel Workshop in Lautoka.  If you believe that you are ready to join our dynamic team we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality panel repair and restoration work.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, assess repair requirements and provide estimate quotes.
• Oversee the repair process, ensuring work meets company and industry standards.
• Provide guidance to the team on complex repairs.
• Maintain a safe, efficient and well-organized workshop environment.
• Monitor job progress, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering their skills development and adherence to best practices. 

Requirements:

• Trade Diploma on Automotive Engineering (Panel Beating & Painting)
• 3-5 years of work experience in similar field.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle panel repairs, restoration, and refinish processes.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
