ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEER – Golden Manufacturers Pte Ltd

About The Role:

1. System Design & Implementation:
   ✓ Design and develop electrical systems and electronic components for manufacturing equipment.
   ✓ Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and machinery.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
   ✓ Conduct regular maintenance of electrical systems, including PLCs, sensors, motors, and control panels.
   ✓ Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues to minimize downtime.

3. Automation & Process Optimization:
   ✓ Develop and implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency.
   ✓ Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial control systems.

4. Compliance & Safety:
   ✓ Ensure all electrical systems comply with local and international standards and safety regulations.
   ✓ Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate electrical hazards.

5. Project Management:
   ✓ Manage electrical and electronics projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
   ✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.

6. Documentation & Reporting:
   ✓ Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and user manuals.
   ✓ Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects.
