The company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Clerk with 2-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should excel in multitasking, record-keeping, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Oversee dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and process delivery documents and records
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records
• Handle customer inquiries
• Proficient in MS Office, XERO software, and data entry
• Familiarity with logistics software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of multitasking
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
