STORES COORDINATOR – Goodman Fielder

Job Details

The company is looking for a dynamic individual to join as an Engineering Store Coordinator, reporting to the Reliability Manager at the Frozen Goods site in Shalimar Street, Raiwasa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all stores and inventory movements on site.
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for critical parts.
• Carry out stocktaking according to schedules.
• Process invoices in a timely manner.
• Support the Maintenance Planner in ensuring transactions are documented.
• Facilitate scheduled maintenance plans with the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Trade certificate in Engineering or a relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (preferably in an FMCG company).
• Possess a valid Class 2 driver’s license with no demerit points.
• Excellent teamwork and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.
