Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:
Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager in a high-end resort (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, including inventory management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work a 24 on 8 off roster.
- Able to adapt to island living
This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
