PARTNER MANAGER – TOPPAN Ecquaria

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Act as the primary representative to knock on doors and initiate conversations with government agencies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government ministries and agencies.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public sector to drive adoption of our digital government solutions.
• Meeting Facilitation: Secure and coordinate high-level meetings between government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Local Intelligence Gathering: Provide insights into government priorities, procurement processes, and regulatory landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, and leadership) to align engagement strategies and ensure successful follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or government relations, preferably within the technology or digital transformation sector.
• A strong network within Fiji’s government ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive and persistent approach to securing meetings and partnerships.
• Understanding of government procurement processes and decision-making structures.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
