Commercial Kitchen Technician

To be based at our Head Office,

1 West Road, Legalega, Nadi

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Familiar with Commercial Kitchen Equipment (Gas and Electric equipment).
• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Trade Certificate in Electrical / Refrigeration.
• At least 3 years experience in related Electrical & Refrigeration field.
• Knowledge in Frymaster Fryers, Nieco Broiler and Taylor Soft Serve Machine.
• Able to operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
• Readiness to accept responsibilities with an ability to perform under pressure.
• A clean driving licence will be an added advantage.
• A pleasant personality, honest & reliable with an ability to work under minimum supervision and able to work extended hours.
