PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – Filter Supplies (FSPL)

Evolve Energy Group Pte Limited t/a Filter Supplies (FSPL) headquartered in Wailada Industrial Estate, Lami since its founding in 1998, is a leading supplier of Filters, lubricants, coolants, generator sets, and generator parts in Fiji. Our business segments distribute and service a broad portfolio of power solutions. The company’s products range from BLADWIN Filters, HOP, MANN Filter, FLEETGUARD, MICRO, DAYCO, GATES, CRC, CALTEX Coolant, and CALTEX Lubricant.

FSPL is looking for a suitable Procurement Specialist to be based at its headquarters in Lami. The Procurement Specialist will be required to undertake duties and must have the outlined qualification below.

This position will require travel within Fiji and Asia Pacific region.

Job duties

Supervise, operate, monitor and management of Procurement Team;

Establish procurement network in China and Asia region;

Undertake project management roles;

• Facilitating and negotiating cost effective supplier agreement;
• Liaise with oversea vendors on procurement;
• Source generator parts and other building materials for successful and timely project delivery; and Undertake supervisor role and management of task delegated.

Requirements

Must have at least 10 years of experience in international customer relations and procurement particularly in the Asia region including China and Malaysia;

• Must have knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English (written/spoken);
• Must have procurement experience with Cummins, Perkins, John Deere generator parts and building materials; and
• Must have experience in international logistic operations particularly in the Aisa region.
