Group Head – Technology & System Improvements to lead and deliver technology-driven transformation across its operations.

Group Head – Technology & System Improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive IT and systems strategy aligned with business goals and ROI priorities.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvements.
• Oversee enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, HRIS, BI, ION).
• Identify and implement process improvements across business units.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology infrastructure.
• Manage service, resource & infrastructure and vendor relationships.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives including software upgrades and new builds.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems are secure and scalable.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Drive change management and user adoption of new systems.

• Proven experience in IT strategy, systems implementation, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, HRIS, BI, ION.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
