Vinod Patel Works Pte Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vinod Patel & Company Pte Limited, specializes in Joinery, Granite, Lift and Escalator Installation and Maintenance, as well as Refurbishment and Fit-Out services. We are looking for a reliable, resilient, safety-conscious team player with strong attention to detail to join our team at Laucala Beach Estate.

PAINTER

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, masking, or priming as required.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, lacquers, or other finishes using spray guns and related equipment.
• Ensure even coating and correct finish while minimizing waste.
• Inspect completed work for quality, touch-ups, and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain tools, spray guns, compressors, and spray booths in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper ventilation procedures.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet project deadlines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a spray painter or in a similar finishing role.
• Knowledge of different paints, coatings, finishes, and application techniques.
• Proficiency with spray guns, compressors, and finishing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Understanding of colour mixing, surface preparation, and drying processes.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and hazardous material handling.
