Matamanoa Island Resort is seeking a Sous Chef; we are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to work on our beautiful tropical island.

As our Sous Chef your responsibilities “include”

Developing creative International Cuisine for worldwide guests Assisting kitchen operations to ensure food is of the highest standard

Supervise staff, assist in oversee Inventory and the ordering of supplies

Adhere to Health and Safety Compliance Regulations and Rules. Show strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with passion for creating high quality food

Excellent organizational and time management skills Manage Staff Rosters
