The Fiji Sun, has an exciting opportunity in our Lautoka Office as an Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and office support.

Manage correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
-
Assist in travel and office logistics.
-
Prepare reports and other documentation as required.
-
Support procurement, inventory control, and office supply management.
-
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
Honest and reliable
-
Have a valid driving license
