CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR – Sinohydro

VACANCY 

Recruitment for Construction Supervisor Sinohydro is currently looking for 6 highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic Construction Supervisors to join our team. The position will be based at the Rewa River Water Supply Project Office and construction site in Naqali, Naitasiri Province, as well as other relevant locations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage construction crews at project sites.
Inspect and monitor construction progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Oversee regular maintenance of construction equipment and report any faults.
Ensure construction works conform to employer’s requirements and project specifications.
Organize skills training for local workers to meet on-site construction standards.
Address safety and worksite concerns with laborers and foremen.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.

Qualification, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Construction, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Good command of both Chinese and English.
