Visa is launching its first people-led operation in Fiji and seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Business Development Executive to lead this transformative initiative and shape the future of digital payments across a vibrant and high-growth region.

As Head of Pacific Islands, you will play a pivotal role in driving Visa’s regional growth strategy, overseeing market development across Fiji and the broader Pacific. This role demands a seasoned leader capable of cultivating high-impact client relationships, engaging with government and regulatory stakeholders, and delivering innovative payment solutions that unlock economic opportunity.

This is a foundational leadership opportunity to build Visa’s presence from the ground up. You will establish and scale a local team, forge strategic partnerships, and bring Visa’s global capabilities to bear in service of local communities. With direct access to senior decision-makers and a seat at the leadership table, your influence will extend across the Pacific.

We are looking for an accomplished executive with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in business development, financial services, or payments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing strategic clients, developing emerging markets, and leading cross-functional teams.
