Hiway Stabilizers Fiji – MECHANIC HEAVY MOBILE PLANT

Hiway Stabilizers requires qualified and experienced HMP Mechanics for immediate start.

The applicants must be experienced, highly motivated, tradespersons and be able to work unsupervised at a very high level of competence. Hiway Stabilizers expects its employees to maintain an impeccable safety record and to be productive on every shift.

Key Duties:

• Maintain a safety first attitude

• Primarily duties include maintenance, repair and service work to a variety of equipment and machines including, graders, soil stabilisers, trucks, light vehicles, generators etc

• Repair Electric components

• Attend to breakdowns

Qualification and Experience:

• Form 6 pass with relevant trade Certificate

• Minimum of 5 years experience with sound mechanical knowledge

• Completion of Apprenticeship is essential

• High level of mechanical knowledge is a must

• Good knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety procedures

• A valid driving license with clean record is Mandatory
